1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners (such as India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.).
Estimated delivery times:
- Kerala : 4 – 7 business days
- North East : 12 - 20 days
- Other Locations: 7 – 15 business days
- Remote areas may take longer depending on courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to orders .
COD (Cash on Delivery), is not available.

5. Order Tracking

Since different vendors use different courier partners, a single-point tracking system is not available on our website.
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please WhatsApp your order ID and details to +91-81388 57944. Our support team will track and update you promptly.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.
In rare cases, if a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and process a refund or replacement as per your preference.

7. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.
If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, the shipping charges will not be refunded. Reshipping may incur additional costs.
